ThiemeBieg & Associates stands for digital enterprise management. Consulting approach

The management of these architectures and their risk assessment for the value chain will determine the company’s success in the future. In addition, the data available to companies has grown exponentially in the last ten years, especially in management. Still, the work equipment in the consulting area has not adapted to the speed. To counter this, we at TB&A pursue a holistic and unique consulting approach: asset-based consulting.

For us, consulting means more than just providing talent. Asset-based consulting stands for a modern, digital form of advice and customer support through highly automated, state-of-the-art tools in corporate management. It’s about more than just digital units; it’s about a shift in the basic understanding of the work of consultants. Away from ambiguous high-level concepts towards permanent solutions for our customers, e.g. in the form of templates in enterprise risk management with our ContentService.
